We invest in our people and communities, and through work experience, we will invest in and support you to develop your knowledge, skills, and behaviours to make an informed decision on your future. You’ll also be supporting us in our vision: solving the housing crisis in the East of England.

What is work experience?
Work experience is any time spent in a work environment. It’s usually a temporary role which allows people looking for employment in a specific field, or with a specific employer, to gain practical experience and find out what it’s really like.
It’s also your opportunity to shine and provides employers with an insight to what you could bring to the organisation – especially if you hope to move into an apprenticeship or job with them in the future.
Top Tip: Remember, work experience can be beneficial for people of all ages and backgrounds, as well as students and young people.
