Grow your skills, knowledge and career (and get paid!)

Our Bright Futures programme offers hands-on experience, a degree qualification, a salary and a permanent job with Flagship Group. Doesn’t get better than that, right?

Over the four-year course, the Bright Future’s programme will take you through a Level 4 Higher Apprenticeship in Housing, all the way to a Chartered Management Degree. You’ll be paid throughout, with incremental salary increases as you progress. You’ll also benefit from all the perks of being a part of Flagship – like agile working, having the freedom to try new things and helping to solve the housing crisis.

A dedicated Apprenticeship Manager and Mentor to provide you with support throughout.

25 days annual leave with the opportunity to sell and buy more.

A starting salary of £10,000 per annum, with a potential incremental salary increase, meaning by the end of the four years, you could earn up to £22,000 per annum.

The opportunity to rotate around departments to support your study and gain first-hand experience.

Your time will be balanced between work-experience and study.

Bright Futures is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) – a recognised and valuable qualification.

“This is a great opportunity, enabling a balance between work and study, with the obvious financial benefit of gaining a degree through our employer. The placements that we have been on so far have been very interesting and we are looking forward the rest of our course!" – Phoebe and Morgan
