18 years and above
GCSE grades A*-C / 9-4 in English and Maths are desirable
Individual managers will set the selection criteria for their Apprenticeships
Most candidates will have A levels (or equivalent) or existing relevant Level 3 qualifications, and English, Maths and ICT at Level 2
Other relevant or prior experience may also be considered as an alternative
Able to drive or commitment to drive within the first year of employment, at own cost
4 years, studying Level 4 Higher apprenticeship in Housing: Senior Officer with progression route to Chartered Management Degree.
Work based learning at Flagship Group and Academic study with the Dutton Fisher to start in September 2020.

The Programme brings together the next generation of housing employees with leaders and mentors from the industry. You will work across multiple services areas such as asset management, development, housing, legal and human resources, with placement in your first area from day one.
You will split your time between the workplace and study with the training provider, both of which will commence in September 2020. Most of your study will be online with some face to face sessions provided throughout your course.
Alongside a dedicated apprenticeship manager you will have a dedicated Flagship mentor who will review your progress, agree objectives and provide general support.
You will have the opportunity to work across Suffolk and Norfolk in several office locations.
A permanent job with Flagship Group is guaranteed when you finish.

Third Year Degree Apprentices Matthew Levesley and Ellie Colk have recently been recognised as Finalists in the Norfolk Apprentice of the Year 2019 awards.
Second Year Degree Apprentices Phoebe Allen-Smith and Morgan Lingley have said "this is a great opportunity, enabling a balance between work and study, with the obvious financial benefit of gaining a degree through our employer. The placements that we have been on so far have been very interesting and we are looking forward the rest of our course!"
First Year Degree Apprentices are Jasmine King, Alice Ames and Tia Putt.
