We have built around 7,000 new homes for people in need.
Our financial strength, coupled with our internal development expertise, means we are increasing our development activity.
We will deliver a range of new housing options through different initiatives. These include building new homes for sale to create profit to support our growing programme of affordable homes for rent. We will also be building low cost homeownership schemes to help those who aspire to own their own homes, and we will expand our portfolio of private rental homes.
Our priority is to invest and grow in urban areas and rural communities, enhancing and building upon the character of the local environment through the building of quality and sustainable homes and the acquisition of land and property.
Through developing strong, long-term collaborative relationships with our clients and customers, we can design, build and deliver homes that meet their needs and create communities where people want to live.
We have a strong track record of providing homes in the region and have the ambition of providing 750 new homes per year within five years.
