Flagship homes in Great Ellingham given the green light
A development comprising nearly 100 new homes in Great Ellingham, Norfolk has been given the green light today by Breckland Council’s Planning Committee.
In total, 95 properties off Attleborough Road including a mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses and bungalows - 79 for sale and 16 for affordable housing. The homes are aimed towards a range of customers including families, professionals and older people.
Amid the continued need to build more homes across the country, Flagship is “delighted” by today’s decision.
Tony Tann, Managing Director of Flagship Developments, said: “We are really pleased with the outcome as it enables us to provide much-needed new homes to help meet the local housing shortage.
“The development is the largest we have undertaken in Breckland and will include our first homes for sale in the area; the sales of which enable us to provide the affordable homes.”
The development will support Breckland Council in delivering new homes, as well as provide land to Norfolk County Council to enable future highway improvements at the junction of Attleborough Road and Hingham Road.
